Concerns about Bed Bugs

Bed bug bites

A common concern with bed bugs is whether they transmit diseases. Although bed bugs can harbor pathogens in their bodies, transmission to humans is considered highly unlikely. For this reason, bed bugs are not considered a serious disease threat. Their medical significance is mainly limited to the itching and inflammation from bed bug bites. The usual treatment prescribed is topical application of antiseptic or antibiotic creams or lotions to prevent infection.

"Bugs Be Gone My mom recommended Absolute Pest Control when we moved to the Austin area. Being a 'northern,' the creepy crawlies in Central Texas were a bit daunting. I've had a great experience with Absolute: really nice techs and bugs have said "Adios!""‎

On-time and Professional Just had Absolute Pest Management come treat my house today for scorpinions. The technician was on time (actually showed up early!), was efficient and professional!
